Shipping Costs

Deliveries within Germany: The shipping costs are 5.90 EURO per order, free shipping for orders over 90.00 €.

Deliveries to Austria: The shipping costs to Austria are 11.99 EURO per order.

Deliveries to the rest of the EU countries, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway, and the United Kingdom: The shipping costs to EU countries (excluding Austria), Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway, and the United Kingdom are 14.99 EURO per order. Additional customs duties and fees apply for deliveries to non-EU countries.

Delivery

The delivery conditions apply for shipping within the Federal Republic of Germany and to countries of the European Union, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, and Norway. (Deliveries to other countries upon request.)

We deliver the ordered goods within the period mentioned in the shop. The delivery times indicated on the product pages apply only to deliveries within Germany. For deliveries to an address outside Germany, the delivery time is extended by the number of days listed in the delivery time table.

In case of possible delivery delays, you will be notified immediately by email. Permanent inability to deliver for reasons beyond our control (e.g., lack of self-supply despite hedging transactions or force majeure) is reserved even after the contract is concluded. In this case, we will immediately inform you of the existing obstacle and refund any payments already made. Compensation, even for late and incomplete delivery, is excluded.

Deliveries with DHL Express upon request.

 

Payment

Payment is possible by:

  • PayPal (a PayPal account is required; charged upon completion of the order)
  • Credit card (VISA and Master Card; charged upon completion of the order)
  • Prepayment (we deliver the goods after receipt of payment; please specify the reference number of your order when transferring)
  • GooglePay (a GooglePay account is required; charged upon completion of the order)
  • ApplePay (an ApplePay account is required; charged upon completion of the order)

For transfers, it is important to ensure that the invoice amount reaches us without deduction (e.g., fees for international transfers).

The maximum order value for orders with a delivery address outside of Germany is €999.99. Please contact us by phone or email if you would like to place an order with a higher order value.

Delivery Times

The delivery times stated in the online shop apply for deliveries within Germany and for orders received from Monday to Friday until 10:00 am. For deliveries to an address outside Germany, the delivery time is extended by the number of days listed in the table below.
