SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs within Germany:
Freight charges per order in case of delivery within Germany are 5,90 €, starting from a goods value of 150,00 € we deliver all articles free of charge.

Shipping costs to Austria:
Freight charges per order for deliveries to Austria amount to 11,99 €.

Shipping costs within the European Economic Area, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, United Kingdom, Norway:
Freight charges per order for deliveries within the EU (other than Austria), Switzerland, Liechtenstein, United Kingdom and Norway amount to 14,99 €.
(Additional customs and excise dues arise when exporting/shipping outside the European Economic Area.)

DELIVERY

Currently we are shipping to the EU countries, Switzerland, Liechtenstein and Norway. (Deliveries to other countries on request).
The delivery times stated in our online shop only are effective only in case of delivery within Germany. In case of delivery to an address outside of Germany the delivery times is extended according to the number of days stated in the table "Delivery times".You will be advised by e-mail in case of any unexpected delay in delivery.

PAYMENT

The following payment methods are basically available in our online shop:

• Advance payment
  If you select advance payment we provide you with our bank details in a separate e-mail and deliver the goods on receipt of funds.
• Credit Card
  With the submission of the order, you are sending us your credit card details at the same time.After your identification as the legal cardholder, directly after the order, we will ask your credit card company to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is automatically carried out by the credit card company and charged to your card.
• PayPal
  During the ordering process you will be forwarded to PayPal's online website. To pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there or register first, identify yourself with your access data and confirm the payment instructions to us. After submitting your order in the shop we instruct PayPal to initiate the payment transaction.Directly afterwards, the payment transaction is carried out automatically by PayPal. You will receive additional information during the ordering process.
• SOFORT Online Bank Transfer
  After placement of the order, you will be forwarded to the online SOFORT GmbH website. In order to pay the invoice amount via SOFORT, you must have an online banking account with PIN/TAN process for participating in SOFORT, identify yourself accordingly and confirm the payment instructions to us. You will receive additional information during the order process. The payment transaction will be carried out by SOFORT and debited to your account directly thereafter.
• SEPA Direct Debit Mandate
  The payment transaction will be executed automatically and debited to your bank account. The amount is debited to your account in advance of product dispatch. You will receive further instructions during the ordering process. This payment method is restricted to orders from 10,00 to max. 500.00 €. The delivery address must be identical with the invoice address.
